Direction for Use	To make a pleasant orange high fiber drink, briskly stir one teaspoonful of Supermucil Fizolax Psyllium Effervescent into a glass of water (approx. 250 ml) and drink straight away, preferbly after meal. An additional glass of water is advisable.
Dosage	One teaspoonful of Supermucil Fizolax Psyllium Effervescent 2 to 3 times a day or as directed by the physician.
